GEM XD Platform
Terms of Use

To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform
- Use the Platform in a way that disrupts its performance or security
- Upload or transmit harmful or illegal content

The GEM XD Platform includes AI features (e.g., coaching insights, recommendations, gamified workflows). These outputs are based on available data and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or legally binding. Users are responsible for how AI-generated content is interpreted and applied.

We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein. You retain ownership of your submitted data; we only use it to provide and improve the service.

All technology, branding, and content within the Platform (excluding customer data) remain the property of GEM XD. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

If you participate in our Founders Program or beta features, you acknowledge that some functionality may be experimental. We welcome feedback and may use it to improve the Platform, without obligation to compensate you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may cancel your account at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is.” GEM XD disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
